Shipping & Returns

• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 in Canada & USA.

• Shipping time is typically 3-5 days.

• All Canadian orders will be shipped with Canada Post (if available) and will be provided with a tracking number within one day of ordering.

• All American orders will be shipped with UPS and will be provided with a tracking number within one day of ordering.

• All orders received by 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

• International shipping rates apply to orders outside of Canada & USA.

All online orders will ship with one of the following couriers: Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, or UPS to ensure fast delivery.

• Free Returns are now available.

• Customers have a 30-day return period.

• Customers must visit the RETURN PORTAL and fill out form.

• Instructions will be given for return of items.

• Items must be returned with tags attached and receipt present.

• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Refund will not be made until items have been received by seller and examined.

• Refunds will be issued within one business day of receiving items.

• Refunds will only be issued in store credit.
